Abstract:
This article presents a generalization of the concept of linear structured system. The linear time-varying (LTV) models are also considered into this framework, which takes into account the new algebraic aspects. Graphical descriptions are proposed for the computations in the symbolic and temporal domains. Firstly, an algorithm for calculating the input-output relation is introduced. Secondly a graphical procedure for structural analysis is presented. Copyright © 2007 IFAC.
