Abstract:
In a Networked Control System (NCS), the sampling period choice is crucial due largely to network resources constraints. The approximation of continuous-time controller, commonly used in related works, may not be a good option because it is sensitive to larger sampling time values. Additionally, the varying delay presented in this kind of control system depends on the sampling period choice. This work intend to perform the integration between a stability criteria for systems with varying delay with a pole placement approach. Copyright © 2007 IFAC.
